new warrior

Pan sat up in her bed and looked at her clock. She let a little groan when she saw what the time was "Already 2:00 a.m. God why can't I get to sleep?" Pan said to herself Deciding that she might as well do something Pan quickly and quietly got dressed and made her way outside. She stood outside the Capsule Corp. building where she lived with her parents. She jumped into the air and took off for a fly around the city. Whenever Pan could't sleep she would fly around for awhile. Pan flew around slowly making her way to the park. As she flew over the park she looked down and saw someone walking. She wasn't worried that he would she her, but she was curious about what why someone would be out this late. She flew slower so she would pass him. As the man walked he didn't even seem to notice Pan fly right above him. Pan noticed that he was wearing a big brown trench coat that covered most of his body. He was also bald. Not totally, but his head was shaven and only a thin layer of hair covered his hair. Pan looked hard at the mans face, it looked familair. Then she remebered, she had seen him around school. She thought hard to rember his name. It was, Andrew. She had some classes with him but never really talked with him much .She went on taking in every little detail she could about him when she noticed he had stoped. Pan looked around wondering why he had stoped and then saw seven or eight people walk out from behind some trees and surround him. All of them was dressed pretty ratty and she saw that some of them had knives. Andrew looked up and saw the people who where now around him. One of them finally spoke. "Hey there, what are you doing out so late? Don't you know these streets are dangerous at night?" He said in a mock tone of voice. He looked back at some of his friends and laughed a little and then turned back to The Andrew, "You could get mugged or even killed out here if your not careful." As he pulled out a knife and helded it up in plain view. "Oh I see where this is going," Andrew said, "If i don't pay up some cash some of those things just might happen to me right?" He finished totally calm. "Boy you sure a fast one aren't you?" Said one of his attackers. "Well I really hate to burst your bubble but i'm not going to pay you or your friends anything" Andrew said back still just as calm. "I don't think you really get it do you?" The man in front of Andrew said as he began walking towards Andrew with his knife ready, "You don't have a choice." As soon as he had finished his sentence the man with the knife dove at Andrew hoping to take him down but Andrew moved out of the way easily and as the man fell past him he kicked him hard right in the stomach. The man fell to the ground clutching his stomach in pain. All of his friends seemed shocked by what had happened. "Thats it! No more mister nice guy!" One of the screamed as he charged at Andrew From behind. Andrew just turned and hit to kid in the face with a spinning hook kick, knocking him out cold. He had taken his hands out of his pockets and was now in a fighting stance knowing he was in for a fight. Pan was amazed how calm he was at the moment. She had'nt even known that Andrew knew how to fight, but then again she didn't know a lot about Andrew at all. "What is that the best you got?" Andrew said mocking them. Suddenly two of them jumped at Andrew from both sides. Andrew threw a side kick and hit the person on his right square in the chest and then hit the person on his left with a good punch right in the face. Pan was shocked when she saw that the two attackers where both women. Andrew saw this but had no time to anything about it cause already other person was rushing at him. The man was weilding a knife and made several attepts to slash Andrew, but Andrew nimbly dodge every slash. The man tried to stab Andrew in the gut but before he got close enough with his knife, Andrew hit him hard on the wrist causing him to drop his knife. he took a step back and looked up in time to get hit with a front snap kick from Andrew. The rest of the group seeing how their friends had been taken care of quickly fled from scene leaving their injuried behind. Andrew brushed him self off and walked on like nothing had happened. Pan was pretty shocked by how Andrew had handled that. She knew it was getting late and the sun was just starting to come up but she wanted to follow Andrew just a little longer. After a short time of walking Andrew stop and just stood there. Pan looked around to see if any one had stop him again but saw no one. She could't figure out why he had stopped. She thought of why he might have stopped but could't think of any good reasons. She was brought back by the sound of Andrew's voice. "You can stop following me now. I think I'll be ok." 'Crap!' Pan thought to her self. He had seen her! Pan thought about flying off fast but she had already been found out so she didn't. She floated down a little behind where Andrew was standing. "How long did you know I was following you?" Pan said trying to act like it was nothing. "I saw you out of the corner of my eye during my fight with those people back there." Andrew replied as he turned around to look at Pan. Pan looked at him taking in every detail she could about his face. He wasn't what you would really call a handsome person. Pan thought he looked kinda cute though. She noted how short hair actually was. He had nice hazels eyes. Pan would have thought him handsome but there was one thing she saw. He had a skin problem. He wasn't a walking zit or anything, but he had had a skin problem, that was clear. Pan had drifted out when she was looking at his face and was once again brought back by Andrew's voice. "What? I'm not that bad looking am I?" Andrew said with a joking tone in his voice. "No your not that bad looking." Pan replied with a little smile at what Andrew had said. "We've meet before, haven't we? Yes we go to the same school don't we? Your name is..." He said trying to find Pan's name. "Pan." "Yeah thats it! Forgive me for not remebering it." "It's ok. Your names Andrew right?" "Correct" Andrew said with a smile, "Did you like my little show back there?" Pan realized he must have been talking about the fight. She was pretty impressed with hom he had done. "Yeah that was a pretty good fight. What are you doing out so late?" Pan asked. "Well for one thing it's now early seeing as how it's," he paused and looked at his watch, "3:30 in the morning. And two I would ask you what you are doing out so late spying on people." He said still smiling. "It's already past 3!" Pan said shocked. "Yeah it is." "Oh god I need to get home. Sorry I was spying on you. Maybe we should try to do something sometime." Pan said. Pan was about to take off and fly home but she didn't want to seem rude so she walked over to Andrew and gave him a little kiss on the cheek and then jumped into the air. "Call me sometime. Bye!" Pan said. Andrew didn't say anything. He just waved a goodbye. Pan didn't know if it had been her kiss or the fact that she was flying. Either way he was impressed. Pan flew home at a good speed not wanting to be caught by her parents. She made it home pretty fast and got back into bed and fell asleep thinking about what had happened. She had made a date pretty much with someone she really didn't know, but Pan was sure she would like Andrew. He seemed nice enough. With that she drifted into sleep.
